GEM ISLAND, TERENGGANU (22-24 Oct 09)
Day before the trip (21.10.09)
Ok, let's stop the crap and move on to the island part. The scenery there was awesome! Great place to take pictures of sunrise & sunset. The room names there was quite cool as well! We were placed in Agate(not-so-cool name). Whenever we pass by the rooms with the 'stone' word, she'll ask me to shut up because her nickname is stonehead. So, it's somehow related. Anyway, the 'stone' rooms are Bloodstone (supposed to take this room), Moonstone, Sunstone and Sandstone. Cool huh? Some pictures here to show you the beautiful scenery.
We purposely wake up early morning to take pictures of the sunrise because we didn't manage to take sunset. The view from outside not as nice the view in our room. Anyway, we get back to sleep after taking pictures. We were like pigs taking summer breaks at the resort. LOL! Eat, sleep, take pics and spa. Well, I still have to carry my duty as a 'chai poh' (policewoman) because she's sick throughout the trip. =.=ll. We get to know some 'kwai lou' there while we were having breakfast. Well, we didn't know the island at the opposite of us is Kapas Island until they tell us (so embarrassed) *blushh*. Foreigners have to teach us (the locals) places on our homeland. Sheeshh! Anyway, we spent most of our time in the room sleeping, relaxing on the net hanged at the beach, sand art etc. LOL!

We were both very excited and looking forward to this trip to Gem Island but something unfortunate happened the day before. *so sad* It makes our moods go down. I slept over at her house so that we don't have to get up freaking early to meet up in the morning (flight 7.30 am,do u know what time we have to be at the airport? latest by 7 am). Both of us were pretty tired that night itself, packed stuffs and straight away drop dead on bed.
1st day (22.10.09)
Finally, this is the day we've been waiting for. Woke up early morning with zombie faces! *Urrghh!* By the time we reach the airport, it's still a little bit early though. While waiting to board on plane was so bored. Both of us were rotting and camwhoring at the boarding entrance like fools. LOL! The funny part is when she wear the blindfold I gave her in the plane, people were looking at her as if she's doing some kinda clown show or something. HAHA! We landed safely but unfortunately, we missed the first boat by 10 mins!! and have to wait for another few hours for the next boat. How pathetic!

Although we rested a lot but yet we're still exhausted and felt tired. Perhaps we rested too much? Maybe not. Anyway, while we were on the boat departing the island, I have a feeling that I will be back to that island. It's the matter of when only. We camwhored throughout the journey, I can tell that she still feels sick but can't help it. Out of a blue, when we were in the plane, her ears can't equalize and I was having a tough time thinking what I should do. Plus, the plane had turbulence (worsen the condition). Was trying hard to calm her down, she kept telling me "there's a needle in my ear! pull it out!!!". The moment when she was in pain made me feel that I'm helpless. I was confused, worried, anxious etc...... yet, trying to calm her down. In times of difficulties, we must have the positive and negative person to be together so that the positive can neutralise the negative person.
