New discovery

All because of the stupid workers who are painting my house, I can't go to church today and I was late for chinese class. Missed a part of the hanyu pinyin. By the way, we're still learning how to get the right tone. This time it's not A,E,I,O,U. It's B,P,M,F(with the 'o' next to the alphabet but can't write it next to the alphabet) and D,T,N,L(with the 'e'). We not only enjoy during the Happy Hour which is singing part, there's another free entertainment for us. Which is from a middle aged aunty. She's used to speaking in cantonese, that's what makes her confused. Not sure if she knows how to read chinese but she acted as if she knows. Her blurness caused everyone to laugh at her but yet she still repeat the same thing. Even both teachers laughed at her mistake because it was simply too funny. She didn't know what she did wrong. The only thing she's great about is her courage. Eventhough she did lots of mistakes and were laughed by others, but she still dares to repeat the same thing. I guess she's improving compare to the 1st day. I pity the malays & indian, the 2nd teacher speak in mandarin most of the time and we had to help him to translate what he said to them. These 1st 2 lessons we learnt CNY songs because CNY is coming soon! ANG PAUS!

Here's the new discovery. I made friends with few of them since the 1st class, including ly's mum & bro. After class, me & another classmate went to pay the fees. While we were chatting and walking at petaling street, she told me she's from the church next to mine, what a coincidence. This is the 1st discovery. The 2nd one the church topic got wider and then we realised that our brothers are best friends. That's the news that made us got excited! We said "OMG!" loudly when we found this out. Everyone was staring at us because we were too loud. LOL! Can you imagine that? The world is so SMALL! We went to seperate ways and I took bus home after buying CNY cards for my boss.

I got home and found out that I forgot to bring my keys out of the house, I only got to enter the gate and not the house. Have to stay outside with my dog till my mum comes home. I waited approximately for 1 hour. It didn't get any better when I got in the house, the workers finished up their painting job but I have to clean the house because it's a mess even till now! Mum sweep the floor while I wash the 2 balcony. 1 in my uncle's room and 1 in my room. I'm exhausted after washing these 2 places! Have to brush out the stains and all. Phew! Only ate a pao for dinner because it's too late to go out for dinner. Furthermore we're exhausted!

Ps: Lai yew, u still owe me a meal! LOL! I don't care! haha!

Great Day!

My 1st day in chinese class was great! Thought I'll be late for class, because went for lunch with church friends after service. Met ly & her family there. Her mum & bro same class with me. By the way, she's in year 2 with her sisters. LOL! Surprised me! I knew it yesterday midnight actually, she told me after she read my blog. I can say the teachers there are quite friendly. The learning method a bit funny la! 1 hour of learning how the basics thn another hour learn how to pronounce/sing songs using hanyu pinyin.

Lessons for today! We learnt A,E,I,O,U. Not like how u pronounce it in english. Each alphabet got 4 tones. Phew! I was messed up by the 2nd and the 3rd tone because both of it got similar tones though it's different. I guess I'm ok with it now. Sounds like learning music right? So far I enjoyed the class, made friends with few students there. I'm the youngest in class wei!!=.=ll. I hope I'll still enjoy the way I do in the following classes till the end.
