Another update on my work

6th Feb 2009, Friday

I got my first pay cheque at last! Today is the first meeting at night for all Eagle Star members which includes a combination of few agencies. All members have to stay back from 7-9pm. From now on, every friday night have to stay back for 2 hours. As for the secretaries, only me & my colleague have to stay back. Don't know why but over all it's ok. At least I learnt something from the meeting. It's like an entertainment meeting, the way they talk bout their clients are simply hilarious! Different people at different places acts differently. It's quite interesting when you hear them talking but when you're actually facing their clients, you'll have lots of difficulties and most importantly, you have to stay positive to prevent yourself from drowning. Last minute planning came along before the meeting starts.

Here's the plan.

Boss: Hey Jinn, u wanna come my place later after meeting? So far I have no plans tonight.

Me: Errr, can but you have to send me home to get my stuffs first.

Boss: Aiya, no problem! Call your mum now, inform her earlier.

*I'm calling my mum, here's the conversation.*

Me: Mummy, I'm going to sleepover at Evan's place later but I'm coming home to get my stuffs first.

Mum: Why suddenly go there again? Come home only laa..

Me: Aiya, go there for fun la. once in awhile nothing 1 laa. Don't worry bout me.

Mum: Ohh.. Now big girl ady la? No need mummy to care bout u ady.

Me: No laa. I still need to depend on you, just not as much as last time.

Mum: Up to u laa, you're big enough to make your own decision.

(My mum sounds like she's upset right? Well, that's her when she's alone at home. She always expect me to stay at home with her. I have to live my life ok? Can't expect me to be home 24/7.)

Suppose to go Ipoh today thn to T.Intan on Sat, but at last my friends in both Ipoh & T.Intan not free to entertain me. So I decided not to go there and head back to work. Well, since the going to Ipoh plan is gone, I have to plan my schedule for these 3 days properly. After work, I went to meet Benita, my old friend from Ipoh. She just came back from Australia though. Met her at Pavilion for dinner. =)

Lunch with colleague & another agency

Our agency combined with our neighbour went for lunch at Janbo for our annual Chinese New Year Lunch. The tradition is like we have to go into the office early in the morning to do some work, afterwards the tea ceremony and proceed to lunch.

Today is the day both my boss will not be in the office. Suddenly 1 of them came back in the morning. Surprised me though because I didn't prepare drink for him because I didn't know he's coming back. Nyway, was quite busy today, even brought home some work. Yalerr, boss. I know I don't have to but I prefer to finish my jobs faster. Evan, did you put anything into my fishy meal that day when I looked away? Why suddenly I so hardworking 1? Hmmm.. Before my lunch time ends, one of the agent from the next agency brought in a bottle of wine, so he gave me & my colleague each a glass. He gave me more! How come? According to him, he said my mum is a good drinker, the daughter should be ok also, it runs in my blood.

Did lots of stuffs today. From this to that, and that to this. I don't know what I'm crapping here. LOL! Dear, hopefully when you got back to the office tomorrow, you'll be satisfied with what I did. =p. After work, have to rush home and go to cell.

Another update on my boss. Nah! Here's the post for u, dear. Spreading your BIG name! You should be proud now if you read this. LOL! Don't end up calling me bi*ch again and say you wanna smack me. LOL! Sakai betul! Here's a story of some moments where I can't stop laughing. She can end up dancing while she was doing her work when she listens to the music, especially her favourite songs. She'll even sing-along. I know your reaction, boss! Next you'll call me with the word starting with 'B' again. LOL! With her around the office, I guess I'll be occupied with both the job and her silly actions but don't play play when she's angry or busy. You'll know why if you know her. She's going for training again tomorrow & friday. She left lots of job for me to finish up. Don't know can I manage to finish it in 2 days anot but I'll try my best and I'll be careful this time. >.<.

Oh ya! She bought me a new bottle because mine was too old, and also a lanyard to hang my tag. Not to forget, she brought a Hillsong cd there to the office to listen as well because she knows I'm a christian. I'm so touched! Yesterday she just complaint bout my bottle and today she got me a new 1. After work, me & her went to KLCC, accompanied her to shop for boots and I take my CD. She was suppose to buy boots (she always pronounce it without the 't' but with the 'b', and she'll keep repeating the word with 't' over & over again when I laugh at her.HAHA!) but couldn't find a suitable 1, so she bought the skirt from PDI instead. After shopping for her stuff, we went dinner at The Manhattan FISH MARKET. The food was good there, we ordered the Twin set. It was incredible but we couldn't finish it. Too much for the 2 of us! She sent me home and that's all for today. It was great but kinda tired though. LOL!
